Help with lower third

Are there any softmaxes I can do to fix my lower third/mouth area (idk what this is called). I think it’s sorta always been like this but I have been using zyns for awhile which may be contributing to that swollen look due to gum irritation (I’m slowly moving off them). I think when I stop zynning it will improve but I just want to know if there’s anything I can do to fix this or if I’m cooked. If I am cooked, what hardmaxes would you recommend.

im not sure what you consider softmax but lip filler and chin filler would be great

I never said they were, but using them multiple times a day over the course of a few years will contribute to that swollen look as they literally cause gum swelling. That’s why I said it might improve once I stop
