It's not that it isn't narrow, rhe dental arch itself is wide because i had braces and because my teeth are flared rn (tipping outwards) so it looks bigger than it is, but it's high vaulted and fucking narrow bro it was even worse before my teeth flared

you could definently benefit from a palate expander, but its not nescessary considering you dont have a narrow palate, altough you will get a gap between your theeth if you get a expander. get it if the situation calls for it
If ur tounge can fit nicely in ur mouth then u don't need it
Idc abt the gap js cus im planning to do it with reverse headgear for some forward growth it'll generally give me better undereye support better jaw also my mandible is a bit trapped cus of my maxilla it's supposed to sit more forward naturally but it just cant (i don't have a class 3, i have a slight overjet but nothing bad/noticeable just my manidble pushed back)

Wdym suck it up? If you can mew properly you don't need a palate expander. If you do have airway issues just look up narrow palate symptoms and see if u can relate, also just tell ur orthodontist I can't breathe I need it

Im talking about bone anchored headgear, 500g of force for 20 hours a day bine anchored after sutures are loose from marpe (same time but still) can guide maxilla forward and give skeltally more projected maxilla. Not alot, not close to leftort bit enough to take it. I can go find links later but you can look it up and read a bit.
