Help with maxilarry expansion

I am turning 16 in 2 months my bone age was 14 when I was 15 so im not sure if im able to use headgear what are my options for maxillary expansion.

palate expander if sutures arent closed, prolly marpe for widening, you should be able to use headgear theres also lefort

I heard headgear only works till your like 14 then ur growth is like mostly done
