Wanting to do filler in my maxilla right next to the nose but there’s almost no information on DIY it, so if anyone knows anything abt placement and how to avoid the arteries pls lmk

"Maxilla fillers" is useless since marpe or lefort can change your maxilla.
And for the paranasal area, implants are better than fillers
