Help with Maxilla resecion

First post on .org let's goo, anyways my maxilla is recessed as shit which is low-key a pain in the ass that causes all my other failios, I understand that fixing the maxilla is pretty much just hardmaxxes but I would like to get any tips I can, currently I'm focused on just getting braces and marpe and I'm mainly just thinking about how to not fuck up my maxilla any more than it is and how to instead help get forward growth as said before. 15.yo 6'0 (broad failios include horrible nose, recessed infras and not enough projection making my side seem kinda flat and short)
