There is maxillary retrusion (basically ur maxilla sits further back then where it should be). I cant comment on the width since I dont have a photo from the front, but it seems to be narrow. Kinda cooked

Yeah its not too narrow but the problem is its it sits back making the face look sunken. Hardmaxxing is the only way to fix it since you look like your maxilla has completed developement.

R we fr nowmaxillary plate fuse at 14 btw and maxilla literally grow more in width then in front , even if his maxilla would got bigger w " growth " it would change the position of the bones , this issue is a mix of genetic ans sphenoif developpement

maxilla finishes growing early, dont think of it like height or other stuff.
