Depending on how many carbs were in your diet prior to this you could’ve dropped water weight. Each gram of carbs you consume binds to 3-4grams of water.

But apart from that, which may not be significant, meat, especially high fat meat, is pretty satiating, so you may be eating less calories than before, but higher nutrient density.

If you want more calories, you can add some dairy since it’s calorically dense and nutrient dense since it’s animal produce.

But if you are eating till you are satiated, i wouldn’t be too concerned about stunting growth though, it’s not all about calories, but nutrients also.

Give one good reason why indigestable fiber is necessary for humans to consume

You don't eat enough I guess. If you can't eat more, eat butter, very energy dense
4kgs is water weight loss if it happend fast

4kg water would mean he went from eating like 1000g of carbs to like none, or low amount 100g. It’s not lilely it’s all water. Probably like 30% water. But yeah i agree cook shit in butter.

Not all carbs are plant sources and they don’t contain indigestible fibre.
Enlighten me. Only non plant source carb I’m aware of is lactose (Glucose+Galactose) and it just goes into your liver

You already know the answer to that. Glucose+Fructose+Tiny bits of enzymes

Nothing else. I want a valid argument to why we need any non animal based food. Nothiny other then it tastes good
