Help with my DHEA dosage

I'm thinking about taking DHEA alone to test boost with no consequences. I think I have low or really high levels of estrogen. I read that DHEA can spike T if you low T or increase estrogens if your high T. Is that true?
P.S Thinking about 25mg dosage, should I go higher?
