Help with negative canthal tilt

I have some AASI-N. India ancestry.

I have 2 degrees negative canthal tilt, and my eye area is literally fucked up. I have black spots on my eyes that are genetically permanent due to my recessed infraorbitals. Can you help me?

How would cutting improve ur CT or undereyes LMAO it might actually make it worse due to there being less soft tissue support

I see. Well, I actually may have over dramatized it. My canthal tilt is neutral. Is it fine?
