HELP with nose

I remember before my nose used to be fine, but then I started using some retinol cream and after about two months of abusing that retinol, I started seeing the sebaceous filaments on my nose grow. I stopped the retinol and for the past year I’ve been trying BHA salicylic acid, niacinamide, and many other things to try to shrink the sebaceous filaments and get rid of the blackheads on my nose. I am seriously considering taking Accutane to shrink the sebaceous filaments. Or maybe rhinoplasty.

If I start taking a low dose of Accutane and it shrinks my sebaceous filaments, could this lead to a bit smaller nose size? Or is it not worth to take accutane when I barely have any face acne in the first place.

it might not make a big difference though but it may shrink ur nose slightly. ur nose looks very oily

dont get a rhino, very expensive for this type of issue
