3. palate expander ( sarpe or mse )
4. bimax ( high cut lf1 or lf2 )
5.Rhino + Lip lift ( 0,5cc under lip filler only under one )
6. Isotretionin 20-60mg + Duta 0.50mg + oral minox 1.25mg ( Aging + Skin )

2-4 year and ur done.

i use tmj michigen splint for like 6 months, i think u can use it like 8-9 months its more safe. tmj and first months of braces fix my %80 asymmetry
self-ligathing braces is important.
just go with mse, i had sarpe rn, ant its not that good i think. doesnt worth the live surgery which i had.
bimax is cheap in turkey ( im turk also ) after ur done ur orthodonthic treatment, find a planner ortho who has arnett certifica and maxfec surgeon, its probably gonna take 10k max.
rhino + liplift 5k in turkey. i have a oppitment with best doctor and its take for only rhino like 2k usd, if i had unlimited budget, i still chose that rhinoplasty spesicilst.
u cant use istortetionin while planning surgery. but start 0.25mg duta

Rhinoplasty is still in the air, not confirmed. pricing guy threw it in but is gunna confirm with the doc if that's recommended to do it all in one trip like this. Going with dr mehmet comert. I had a consult with him and it went better than i couldve imagined. seems like a great team.

Mehmet comert. they didnt specifically say it was giant implants, but i know they work with them. we're starting the design process months ahead of the surgery, so if the plan looks bad we can refine it several times

I'm not entirely sure. i had a consult with candirli and he said my jaw line was strong enough that itd look good once it's brought forward. i think they'll provide me with 3d images of how it's going to look with the implants on. and at that point we can assess if they're worth doing or not
