Just interested in looksmaxxing. Mostly it’s that I was supposed to have a much wider bigonial width but I got fucked by 6 extractions and 2 rounds of braces. My dad looked substantially better at my age bone mass wise and I want to reverse the orthodontic issues

First one looks good because you’re squinting and lightning makes your cheekbones, jawline and coloring look better.

I’m still growing so hopefully it gets better I just hit 6’5 this year so I think I still have a couple more years of facial growth. Endocrinologist said I’m 5 years delayed in growth

I don't know your situation but getting someone to take multiple pics of you in similar poses is a good idea.
I don't really like the second pic. 1st one better.

Another thing you can do is record yourself (take a vid of yourself) posing in different angles in smooth motions (pm me I can go into more detail) and then screenshot a frame you look or think you look best in.
Make sure the camera is good quality

Appreciate the suggestions man. Thanks I’m using my IPhone camera. First one was taken on my old iPhone 8 (traded it out last week) newer one was taken on Iphone 11.
