sleep a lot, eat a lot of good food, get sunlight every day

neck training can sometimes be effective but pointless for you

fixing posture isnt gonna save your height or anything but could give it a try

Im predicted to be around 6ft so im not as worried about my height mainly just care abt facecard atp just but just recession is there any soft max to fix or fraud?
