Hello, posting for a lurker friend here who doesn't actually have an acc (the guy who asked me to write the last post talking about his facial asymmetry ruining him)
"I have come here because I am 99% getting rhinoplasty this summer as my nose is severely asymmetrical and slightly deformed. For example, my dorsal hump (nose hump) is very much larger and spikier on the left side of my face compared with the other side of it as my retarded, nd self bonesmashed it when I was little. Asides from that, my columella (part of nose that separates nostrils) hangs low and is split in half like a butt-chin. I also think I have a slightly deviated septum.
All these things I plan to fix this summer, but if I am going to get this done nicely and in one go, I thought who better to ask for more advice than you guys here. So is there anything I should tell my trusted surgeon to try and fix in my upcoming consult this month? I'll provide pictures below. And please don't comment about my jaw and etc. on this thread because I know it is clapped and need bimax but this is about my nose. Thanks."
