help with sebaceous filaments - GTFIH

Hello everyone, im currently trying to deal with sebaceous filaments in my nose region. Ive tried extracting them with conventional methods, but nothing is working. I currently am using a simple skincare routine that ill show below. I was thinking of using tret on my nose to get rid of them, but is this a good idea at 14?

Skincare routine (am and pm are the same)

CeraVe foaming cleanser (double cleanse)
The ordinary salicylic acid

Skincare is cope, only valid products are tret/acc and spf50

people forget that here all the time, accutane stunts growth. Took 1 pill of accutane and after reading that i imm. stoped taking it. Clear skin is not worth staying a manlet
