help with skin whitening/skin bleaching

guys ive been on tret plus hq 4 % for 2 months and 5 days(tri luma formula).i see differences but im not getting to fp 2 lighter/medium end.im at fp 3 dark end.do i take glutatione now or azelac acid ?.i just want to reach fp 2 lighter end how do i reach it.
