Those look like closed comedones, best treatment for skin texture is tret. Work your way up from 0.025-0.1% over the course of a couple months and ur skin texture will improve. Get a good cleanser, moisturiser and spf

How much should i pay for tret tho cus i see a beauty clinic selling it for 100 euros for 20g of cream
