I mean are you looking for actual supplements or the probably illegal ones (in other words, roidmaxxing)? As far as actual supplements go you don't need many purely for bone mass: D3+K2, Magnesium Glycinate, Creatine Monohydrate. Everything else you should be getting from your diet, give or take a few extra supplements that may aid you for exercise performance or looking better (caffeine, potassium, ashwagandha, rhodiola, etc.)

But the main players when it comes to your bone mass will be the sexual hormones, so maximizing those are your top priority. I don't recommend you waste your money on multivitamins, zinc, omega-3, and others because you simply can get enough through your diet, given that you're of course eating nutritious foods. If you're eat meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, fruits and dairy, and choosing nutritionally dense foods you're likely going to have the full nutrition spectrum covered so taking any more over the RDA for these micronutrients will achieve nothing extra for you. The reason why Magnesium and D3 are an exception in nutrition though is because you can't realistically get all your D3 through food alone, and tracking Magnesium is fairly complicated since it varies drastically depending on where your food was grown or what it diet was. (Use an app like Cronometer to track your daily intake)

If you want "supplements" for bone mass then there's a ton of guides on here for roidmaxxing for bone mass.

Edit: Creatine has no direct effect on bone mass though, just no reason why you shouldn't take it lol.

Supplement with MK677 or just rope
D3/K2 Magnesium and Boron won’t ascend you
Don’t hope for anything

Id remove the d3, omega 3 and zink. You can get that by eating raw liver and eggs.

1/2 oz of COOKED liver, eating raw organs is bullshit loll, is probably very beneficial. Where do you get it? A supermarket, freeze it, if you want, even make a smoothie with it. That's what I used to do. Be aware though, liver is nasty.

  • Vitamin D (from sun and supplements) - Not cope.
  • Vitamin D3 (especially during winter) - Not cope.
  • Vitamin E (500 mg/day) - Justifiable if you can't get full RDA from diet, but it's best if you actually do.
  • Vitamin K (including K2) - Cope for K1, not cope for K2 since it's essential paired with vitamin D3.
  • Zinc - Cope.
  • Magnesium (from food like leafy greens and supplements such as Magnesium Bisglycinate/Glycinate) - Not cope.
  • Copper - Cope.
  • Selenium - Cope.
  • Manganese - Cope.
  • Boron - Cope.
  • Potassium - Not cope, but only for debloating.

  • Fenugreek - Cope.
  • Rhodiola - Not cope, but very situational.
  • L-Carnitine - Not cope, but probably not needed.

Why is zinc and Boron cope?
What does Vitamin C do?
When should you take Ashwagandha?
When should you take Rhodiola?
I think L-Carnitine is for veins is that true?
When is MSM needed?
When is Curcumin needed?
When is Alpha Lipoic Acid needed?
What is Glutathione used for?

- Zinc and boron are cope simply because you can get them through your diet very easily. If you eat beef, eggs and fish every day you're bound to be getting at least 20mg of zinc, I usually get 23-25mg daily, you don't need any more zinc than that so supplementing is throwing money away. The exact same case with boron.

- Vitamin C can be obtained through diet, it's in fact one of the hardest micronutrients to be deficient on unless you're a carnivore. If you're supplementing for deficiencies then don't, unless for whatever reason you're a carnivore and actually have a brain and realize you need it. Otherwise the only context on which you should supplement with is if you desire to reduce your melanin.

- Ashwagandha and Rhodiola are both adaptogenic herbs that help reduce your body's cortisol and stress response, indirectly making you look better and improving your testosterone. I personally take Ashwagandha because it helps me fall asleep better and potentially got my testosterone higher, can't prove it, but don't doubt it. I don't take Rhodiola, but if you want to take it do it. Take rhodiola during the day since it boosts energy while reducing cortisol, take ashwagandha at night because it has a slight sedative effect.

- Yes, L-Carnitine can help with vasodilatation and exercise performance, and also improve your androgen receptor sensitivity. But I don't consider the effects relevant for me, or really anyone, take it if you have money to spare and are actually thrilled about it, OR you're trying to maximize your androgens.

- MSM and Glucosamide are two supplements thrown around, they both have benefits for your joints, but the reason why people use them is that they help you not shrink during the day. If you weren't aware you're taller during the day and shorter by night because your spine compresses due to gravity, both of these supplements help prevent that compression from happening. However, the best you can expect to gain are 1 to 2 cm of height. One or the other if you have money to spare and want to maximize your height.

- Curcumin has various beneficial effects for your health, acting as an antioxidant, and also improving cognition. It's more related to healthmaxxing, take it if you want really, but doesn't have direct effect on your looks or anything like that. It is very often recommended for longevity though, so mainly targeted toward oldcels.

- ALA, Glutathione and NAC are in a similar spot to curcumin, they're antixiodants and increase your cells internal glutathione levels (glutathione is your body's most powerful antioxidant) so supplementing with any of these or even all of these will increase your glutathione levels in your cells, which may reduce melanin, brighten skin and help reduce acne. I would only use them for skin whitening or healthmaxxing though, again, oldcels will find the most benefits in these.

The only one from that list you should consider is Ashwagandha really. Just have a good diet, that's the best supplement out there lol.

- Caffeine and nitric oxide boost exercise performance, obviously caffeine also improves alertness, nitric oxide also makes you more vascular.

- Lycope and things like beta-carotene improve your coloring and make you slightly orange, or as looksmaxxers like to say "gives it a golden glow"

- Shilajit has so many supposed benefits that I wouldn't be surprised if they started claiming it could cure cancer. As far as I know, it's only benefits are around improving testosterone levels, reducing cortisol (it's also an adaptogen), improving energy and cognitive function.

I'd say is a reasonable stack. Go through with it and see how it works out.

Anything to add or remove?
To remove... Not really if all those supplements help you achieve an outcome you desire, I will say though there's no reason to buy some of this separate. Vitamin D3+K2 and Ashwagandha + Magnesium Glycinate very typically come in a single supplement so you can save some money there.

To add? Maybe potassium chloride for debloating if your diet has processed foods or is high in sodium. Tastes like ass and lightning in powder form though.

That's the craziest statement I've heard in a while, I didn't know of a place where it was illegal. Uh.. I guess don't take it? Rhodiola is your second best option, I suppose. Still, it's not necessary by any means, just helpful if you're stressed or low t.

"The plant is included in dietary supplements sold in other countries but is illegal to sell as a food product in Denmark. According to the Technical University of Denmark, which has conducted a risk assessment of the plant including its root, it has negative effects on sex hormones and reproduction in both men and women. Additionally, the plant may affect metabolism, the immune system, and the central nervous system."
