I really don't think so. from the pic a saw the nose are not that feminine
Your problem isn't the noses themselves, but that they're girls' noses.

It is subjective at some point, even after getting all the ratios checked you can have the differences in nose shapes, therefore i said i “think” its not ideal.

Sculpted noses, shaped a bit like that, are closer to the beauty standard than your ideal of a potato-shaped nose.

You could throw a bunch of potential shapes here if u want. i could show my surgeon if i like them better than the samples i had previously picked out, didnt do a ton of searching myself. couldve missed something

There is literally no such thing. There is an established aesthetic preference for male nose styles vs female nose style from peoples being surveyed(which is notoriously unreliable methodology).

This in no way establishes a the nose as a dimorphic feature. It's not. The surveyed style preferences you can be sure were on generic mockups without regard for a persons facial features. Plastic surgeons in the US, at current date primarily give what your dumb ass would call a male nose, to both males and females since it's technically less difficult. You know since noses are not dimorphic you fucking idiot.

i downloaded a bunch of photos of dudes faces to show my fella instead. do you guys think i should just show these to him before the surgery instead, or both sets?
all slightly different. just giving him an acceptable range rather than a set goal

I've attached several references images I included for dr comert for the rhino. definitely reducing the nasal bridge width and base width. taking some of the meat off the tip. slightly upturning it, and straightening it. He's considering augmenting it a bit to project it further and higher up the nose. My mockups and reference images would never be achieved by about any surgeon, but this was just to give him the idea of what I wanted, not for him to promise a certain result; there are various limitations for every patient

I know a few surgeons in the US that can do it, but its sure as fuck not many or common.

It's more common in Turkey but I believe they are more aggressive. So complication rates are higher. If your confident in him, getting more projection is ideal because visually it makes the tip look smaller(even if its not). They do tend to remove a good portion of the native septum, if they go the septum extension route. They basically cut off the portions that are past your bones and just shove in a graft.

Yeah your nose doesnt seem bad from the side, just the philthrum throwing it off. Whats mainly wrong is the front. I really like clint’s nose, that tall and noticable nasal bridge,

Also your buccal fat is making it hard to assess, getting all of those procedures together might be a risk.

I apologize i cant make out what ur trying to say. Are you talking about the tip rotation? I think its perfect when you can barely see the nostrils from the front, similar to elias de poot

doc psoted this. you can see ive still got some work to do for the mid face but its a major improvement. i definitely think i'll come back about 1 year post djs and get FME installed on the palate. then after expansion and bone solidification i'll probably come to have it removed and get trays to bridge the teeth. ought to help with the bulge between the two creases: below eyes and nasolabials

this is just my personal opinion but marpe / fme can actually ruin things too its not just all good
it can ruin your ESR also it makes the nasal cavity wider ( no one wants a wider nose) idk why everyone is so obssessed with expansion
its not true expansion which you can only get when you are a child its a like a weird ass hybrid

Dang. Well i'll report back in about 8 months to start planning everything out. if maxilla augmentation can get me what i want then i guess id be better off doing that than expansion. i get a ton of conflicting info here

im doing tretinoin and taking collagen right now. Do you have more info on the lasers? Where could I have that done and how much does it cost?

If money is an issue, then remember you can get easier surgeries in cheaper countries. For example, CO2 laser you can get this in Mexico from good surgeons. The cost of full face CO2 in Mexico is $150. In America, you are looking at $1500.

However, for difficult surgeries, do not cheap out. Go to the best.
