If this hasn't been going on for too long use Isotretinoin (Accutane) 20mg a day or EOD. No harsh side effects from this low-dose, but you will still need to manage the risk profil, with stuff like: spf 50+, omega-3, artificial tears, a very good moisturizer and a lip balm.

If it has been going on for 1+ years you might need a higher dose of Isotretinoin, that has a way bigger risk profil. And in that case you should talk with a dermatologist. BUT there is also plenty of good threads on it.
