how to lose face fat

If you are skinny, you have to gain a bit more fat and gain muscle then cut down. If you cut down now, then you look like a twig without any muscle. Bulk up a bit, not too much

depends on age if ur below 19 fatt dissolver wont do shit because ur facial fat still redistributes if u cant lose fat after that age get buccalfat removal
