It took me like 4 years on and off but I guess most of It was sizing, not being a bitch (actually), and that's it.
Many strategies are somewhat viable and most have been backtested and found to have worked so it's just finding what's best for you.
I got a taser (for my rules) and have a lockout every bad day which is basically where I lock myself in a mental cage and can't do anything fun which is like 1-2 days in the week and that helped the most. It's not fun often and a lot of people call me crazy.
