nope , i also can't but thankfully my puberty is delayed , the hair joining pubes to chest in my body isnt fully grown yet
so i think and hope i still have time
there are some 6'3+ guys in my family so my genes are also not fully doomed

Do weighted calisthenics ONLY! Trust me.
NO deadlifts or squats. I used to do them now im like 6’1 i could of easily been 6’2 if i disnt lift so much.
DO LIFTING ONLY 2-3x PER WEEK AND 2-3x HIIT (Do sprinting or join MMA)
Eat a fuck ton of meat, eggs, dairy, fruits, vegetables and grains like oats.
The more calories and protein u consume the more mass u can get on

I would not advise since if someone comes in they will ask wtf u will be doing. The roids are already enough bro. Just dont overttrain weight lifting should be max 2x per week do alot of HIIT and be in a constant surplus. If u eat 1000 cal surplus u will be 6’1-6’2.
Now order hgh and masteron

If you dont take roids you will end up 5’9

I grew from 5’9 (tanner stage 3.5 just like) to 6’1 now.

Its all genetics my friend. I know people who stopped growing at 13 but i also know people who grew from 5’5 to 6’4
