I just turned 18 a few months ago and I noticed i started getting what I believe are "smile lines", in all these pictures I am under 12% body fat, how do I get rid of them or make them less noticeable. Also I believe I'm either bloated or have a high amount of buccal fat because I've always had chubby cheeks

well for one the paranasal implant is for your smile lines, not your nose

secondly, your nose width is about as wide as your lips, not ideal
