I am extremely awkward everyone I speak to notices from the way I talk and my body language it gets pointed out so much

I also literally cannot have conversations with new people seen as I have no hobbies or anything I literally just work, sleep and see my family on the weekend.. I always get asked questions I can't even answer

I'm really boring also

This all just caused me to avoid speaking to new people whenever possible

Idrk what to do to make myself more interesting as I honestly don't care or have time to have a hobby like I just got home from work it was like 15 hours including travel and I'm js rotting on here / listening to music smh gonna gts in a hour

I'd say don't put too much thought into it. People aren't as interesting relative to you as they may seem. With more practice and exposure, social situations will become more comfortable and natural.
