It's Ramadan and this how I train
morning : hammer curls + farmer walk
night after eating: burpes ,squat and plank then I do the same shit I do at morning

Anyone can recommend me even better workout plan?



(ik gym is kinda cope, I m just working out cuz I m not doing sports rn)

Well, muscles ≠ strength. Strength is like focusing alot on weight but not alot of reps (intense work). Meanwhile for muscles: alot of reps , not mainly focusing on weight

not "alot of reps" but above 5 reps or more is ideal
