It's Ramadan and this how I train
morning : hammer curls + farmer walk
night after eating: burpes ,squat and plank then I do the same shit I do at morning

Anyone can recommend me even better workout plan?



(ik gym is kinda cope, I m just working out cuz I m not doing sports rn)

not really, not one of you have ever lifted a weight in your life and i could genuinely bet my mothers life im bigger than both of you together so theres not much point in even arguing about weightlifting
