How can I gain bone mass and height outside of substance

Good habits, mid/good lifestyle. Mainly puberty does this, if you feel comfortable then send a couple pics (or you can in my DMs) and I can help you
I don’t have any photos but I can say I’m just starting puberty if the helps how can I naturally gain height and bone mass in things such as food and stuff

Eat variety of HEALTHY food. Meats, eggs, vegetables, fruits, carbs blah blah blah. Very important for puberty as it delivers nutrients, vitamins etc. However don't eat the same shit every single time, have variety.
