I don't know if it's available in the UK but if you have discipline but suffer from cravings like I do. There's these tablets called contrave 0 side effects and very effective for me.

update: did some research going to add gas x to mitigate the sulfur

It's been going well you just need to eat more healthy (I still don't though tbh)
