DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS
massetor botox almost never looks good on men- im yet to see a good example. Moreover this looks like structural assymetry since i notice ur eyes and lips r missaligned. Surgery can fix this. For now you can train ur smaller massetor more to even it out but do not use botox
