My fucking brother raises my cortisol so much before I’m about to sleep. Our ACs are connected even though our rooms are different. A cold room is optimal for a good sleep and since he has an under functioning thyroid gland he can’t handle the slightest cold. Anything I can take that reduces my cortisol level temporarily?

turn it on when he sleeps lol
I can’t. I follow a strict sleeping schedule of sleeping at 10 pm and naturally waking up as the sun rises. He sleeps at 5 am jfl. Sometimes he doesn’t sleep at all and only sleeps throughout the full day. I don’t know if he’s nocturnal or what, its not normal.

Yeah a fan is a good idea. But it only blows wind. Nothing to do with temperature. But actually that’s a good idea. I live in a desert country so opening the window is a no go. I’ll look into buying fans.
