Thank you everyone who helped me i really appreciate the help! So I need to fix my lips. My eye area. My skin. My eyebrows. What else can I do? How can I fix my nose bridge and the bottom of my nose. Anything except pinning because idk how I would buy it without my parents noticing.

First fix acne by eating clean, no seedoils, a lot of meat and raw milk if you can get it.
Your chin is recessed.
Try monoxydol or eyebrows
U can get nose surgery when your 18.
For chin you could realisticly only diy filler atp but I'd wait for puberty to grow my mandible.
Just don't stress, make a little bit of money for when your 18
