I wouldn't take advice from here, when getting major structural surgeries they also require soft tissue surgeries to make you not look deformed while talking or abnormal while making natural face gestures/expressions like lin00b no personal offense to him. Face metrics is a youtuber who goes more indepth into it, hes underrated but his advice has high ROI if ur going the surgery route, ur base isn't bad so nothing to worry about to much, but obviously structural changes like zygomatic implants, genio or chin implants, brow implants, cathoplasty (soft tissue change ikik) ofc this will come with filler and fat graphting to make it look more natural which face metrics goes indepth im not educated on ts.

Oh yeah to name ur main flaws, CT, fwhr, ESR, midface, down turned lip corners, obv health indicators are horrid,
