Hi , i ran reta for 8 weeks and lost 8kg, was looking as lean as i ever have and had lots of confidence and a visible jaw line.

Then got sent to hospital because i accidentally increased my reta dose too quickly and my stomach got cooked (i have IBS)

after that i quit and had my gcse exams which caused me to stress eat and gain the 8kg back and more.


I need to re lock in anyone got any tips? i know how to cut in general but i wanna start using the following;

Minoxidil
creatine
bpc
ghkcu
5 amino 1 mq.
all the peptides come in liquid form and are either oral or topical

tips and peoples experiences would be helpful please

Keep like 200 cals in ur nutrition plan for "Snack Allowance"
Basically 200 cals to eat whatever u want

Flexibility creates discipline also
 
how many milligrams a week did you run and there’s no point in not just hopping back on

started at 0.5mg worked my way up to 2.5 mg. i can’t hop back on reta cus i have to inject it and my parents found out about it, that’s why i can only run topical or oral stuff now

the things u need will vary for what u look like
just need thicker eyebrows and to cut again and my skin to be a bit smoother which is why i picked out the peptides i mentioned

Dont use topical peptides they're way more effective when injected

worked out my calorie thing i weigh 75kg and my cutting weight (about 500 cal defecit) would be 1900 cals a day provided i go gym 4x a week

Dont use topical peptides they're way more effective when injected
can’t inject my parents found out about the reta and found one of my needles still in its package, also 5 amino mq and bpc are oral

tretinoin 0.1% minoxidil and bimotropist for eye lashes ghk-cu results different for everyone especially with the limited research of topical tretinoin has years of proven studies boosting collagen and elastin

Nice bro, eat 300 cal deficit, do 10k steps a day, and add in 200cals of cardio and you'll be winning
