First Off treat your skin , then in your picture with the purple shirt you seem to have some assymetry and in the most recent there’s not much assymetry but if you’re assymetric on the daily basis and you need to jutt or some other shit to not be assymetric you need to get that checked out and get palate width checked aswell, second there’s the nose that pops up the most so if it bothers you sometime you can look into rhino and third and I would say the most important is your lip area since you can barely see your lips you should get filler but that’s not going to help since your nose to width ratio is genuenly like 1:1 and that’s not aesthetic . Anyways looks aren’t everything and don’t stress over this shit and such because there’s genuenly not much you can do naturally , with surgery yes but if it doesn’t bother you it’s ok and most girls don’t care that much about looks . So there’s multiple skin treatments but accutane can be heavy mentally . But there’s not something topical that’s nearly as potent as accutane and try to not pop ur pimples because you can get deep acne scars , those acne scars that are like holes I think ykwim . Don’t jutt since it can lead to tmj issues and that’s not something your want to have . What I meant by checking palate width is going to an ortho and get a full consultation addressing your bite , teeth placement , jaw development . Ideally in the final you want to reach a class 1 bite and through braces or braces + surgery , since you’re 18 most development is done in the face or at least that’s what I can assume if your cranial bone age is ~ 18 so there’s not much growth you have left naturally . If you have the money as I said try to get an orthodontist to see you and maybe put you in a braces + palate expanding treatment if you have a narrow palate and can’t breathe etc but don’t let them pull out teeth other than your wisdom teeth since those can make issues because they don’t always grow correctly . Don’t pull out teeth because in the end it leads to further recession . Don t stress about rhino , read this carefully and you ll find very much info about skin treatments diy here
