Is there any way to look better that isn’t hardmaxxing or blasting peps? keep in mind i’m almost 14 and already 6’0 so height ain’t really an issue. far too many manlets coping on this forum can i get help from someone with some real knowledge and not just some tiktok bs?

you have good genes the best thing you can do now is avoid being an iqlet; dont kill ur hormones by blasting peps and dont do to much bonesmashing though a bit is fine. mainly focus on sleep, diet, gym, etc. if u start consistently lifting at 14 you'll be fucking jacked with great bones when ur 20. also avoid cutting too hard if at all - stunts growth and lowers test
