Alr im 13 im 5’0.5” which ik sounds average for my age but its rlly not idk why everyone i meet is taller than me even my crush is like 3 inches taller its lowk sad, anyway im wondering if anyone can tell me like shit to improve on and how to idk why i look like a blobfish from my side profile, so ye any tips for lm and heightmaxxing would be appreciated pls dont js reply hate shi js give me tips or fuck off pls and also haircut reccomdation im getting on tommroow thanks

calm down lil bro girls grow WAY faster than boys in the early teen years i was like 4'11 at 14 now im average height my advice is eat clean whole foods and eat decently do NOT eat less dont eat too much either but being in a calorie deficit during puberty is the worst thing ever and get enough sleep like 8-9 hours

not really height is pure genatics i was 6 foot at 13 and my frined now is 6'5 all he did was sleep train and eat im 6'2 6'3 unsure and i dont have good bone mass as u can see here

i mean you cannot be fucking serious that is a kid who doesnt even know if hes deficient in growth hormone and is at a completely normal height for his age and youre asking him to take a load of growth hormone which he has absolutely no chance of getting it and i mean if it were maybe a 15-16 yr old whos like 5'0 it would maybe even be an option but nigga the kid is 13 at most the cjc will cause early growth plate fusion or hormonal imbalances

you underestimate the role genetics play however much you read on here about growth hormone peptides the truth is it wont change your genetic window by much unless you were actually deficient in it
