is there any way to fix tear troughs/itachi lines without fillers? and that stuff???

its your recessed infras you cant naturally change them

Or bad fat distribution. Could be augmented with volufiline or microneedling + tret to give some lift in the area. For most people it's definitely an infra issue but we can't tell until we see. In all I feel like the best he can do without filler is aqualyx of the malar fat pad with a couple months of consistent microneedling in the area. Best option will always be filler or fat grafting however.

Doing this without fillers is pretty much impossible, it just depends on how noticeable they are (sorry for mistakes i used translator)

well this is best pic where u can see this like 2-3 year old pic i haven't taken many pics so this is all i have. also like in this pic it's slightly less noticeable then it is now so can it be caused by bad sleep i'm not expert if it's dumb question sorry

Looks like a potential fat issue, your skin, particularly closest to the nasal bridge is purple because it's so thin. Could do good with fat grafting and that microneedling i was talking about. Hard to tell without a better picture to be honest.
