Hey everyone,
I have a 2-year-old little brother and I’d like to know what healthy habits or things can help him grow up well physically and mentally. I’m not talking about extreme looksmaxing, just things like good nutrition, posture, sleep, confidence, hygiene, sports later on, social skills, etc.

What are the best things parents or older siblings can do early in life to help a child develop well and have a good future overall?(i want him to become chad btw)

Give him a lot of toys to chew and encourage proper tongu posture, also make him spend as much time in the sun as possible and try and make him eat primarely animal products, fruits and honey. Starches are fine but not ideal.

just let the boy be outside all the time and let him eat good foods that are not slop. maybe also breast feed him and shi. then uhh maybe let him play with toys and take him to day cares so that he can socialize and practice rizz on em foids.:p that's pretty much it. don't feed him TikTok knowledge foods such as raw meat or raw eggs. cook your food and have it unprocessed and make sure its real food.:owo:

Breastfed for as long as possible

Dairy products until growth plates close

Majority meat and fish diet

(very important and underrated) Chewing a lot. Avoid cutting his food or using utencils. Make him bite down for his food with his hands(extemely important). It engages the sutures. Number 1 thing of importance alongside diet. Get him hard food too (don't make him choke albeit).

Sunlight exposure

Never introduce pacifiers.

Teach him to nose breath(should be easy)

Teach him mewing at some point in a couple of years (I'm not a chidren's psychologist or a teacher I have no clue how you can introduce that to a toddler or a young kid) The earlier the better.

Physically active. Walking a lot is beneficial too.

Quality long sleep. Dark room.

Do not introduce him to mobile electronics yet. Do not play these "educational" kid's stimulating youtube videos(Look up virtual autism). Teach him by the books.

This is all you need pretty much for a chad kid. I would suggest you also pressure his brain a bit by teaching him stuff so he doesn't develop brainless rockstar lifestyle later in life. The reason why most "nerds" are sub5's is because they cope with learning and have a lot of free time hence they develop such interests and hobbies. But education is probably something up the parents I guess.

People are gonna drop some long cope list of things to do

When in reality as long as he’s not actively deprived of something critical it’s all down to genetics

Unironically mentally prep him for the long wageslaving journey to come to afford surgeries and moreso to just straight up survive would be the highest ROI thing

Our hunter-gatherer ancestors spend 1/4th of their life in chewing and developed wide and forwardly grown faces. Why can't you?

swimming encourages mouth breathing something else might be better say track or soccer (something ourdorsey to get sun) and he is going to be exposed to chlorine rather often if swimming.
