Today I washed my hair and applied conditioner as usual, then used a diffuser and applied a little of hair clay...

But my hair looked worse than ever, thin af, disgusting cowlicks, my head looked huge.

no, I did it after drying my hair a little with a towel to the point where it was wet but not soaking wet

I did that straight out of the shower

try soaking wet, thats generally how it is suggested to apply
allows it to trap the most moisture

my issue is that it's not getting the volume I want, and also I can't style it with the hold I'd want
