hematocrit only thing stopping me from blasting

idk how to get it down if ur on a 500mg test cycle with 100mg of tren i may not blast at all solely bec of this.

i have been researching and the only way is donating blood and i cant even do that shit without my parents finding out its also dangerous short term

drink like 6 litres of water and it goes down, dont donate blood you WILL go anemic

what if i took iron supplement? Anyway drinking water doesnt rlly fix it just makes ur hematocrit look better
