He's literally just more greasy, shiny, and smiling in the second pictures, and his tan is uneven. In the first pic he has a straight face, he isn't sweating, his skin tone is even because thats his natural color. That's the only reason he looks better, when talking about skin color alone, white sun tanned skin is superior, as long as it is sort of yellowy in color.
