Rosemary, ginger, garlic, onion, oregano can stop the formation of heterocyclic amines from cooked proteins?



Or you could just eat raw meat

 
yeah they can,antioxidants play a huge role in this,and some chemical compunds found in herbs help too. est a bunch of vitamina C and E (most powerful antioxidant) and maybe cycle raw and cooked meat.

Or just do raw 100% of the time with the herbs and sauces
