So what exactly is a "bad result" when it comes to the herbst appliance? Did your lower mandible not see forward growth? or Are you saying bad result as in you got forward growth in your mandible but recessed maxilla. And how exactly are you sure your maxilla recessed, maybe you were doomed from the start.
