Its really a godsend at adolescence preferably 14 and below but it could work If an xray is done and ensured that the plate has not closed

It wont recess the maxilla.If you have a class 2 maloclussion Its a great orthodontic treatment.

How do i convince my orthodontist to give me herbst appliance also thinking to get facemask (headgear) after it to move my upper jaw forward
