Haven't even been to a ortho yet just wanted some ideas on what to say other than I have a recessed mandible meant other problems like sleep apnea, trouble breathing, etc. Just wanna have a better chance on for sure getting the Herbst and not some other bs

If you need elastics you will qualify for a herbst. If they don’t give it to you don’t wear your elastics and force them to.
