Iam 15 years old and i have a over bite my upper palate is pretty wide after getting a upper growth plate my ramus is 3 inches long my mandible is good but not perfect and i was curious is herbst appliance really gonna improve? and also ill be getting a lower growth plate

it will improve your bite without pushing ur maxilla back unlike traditional treatment and wwhat is a lower growth plate also mark as solution

lower growth plate is similar as retainers but for ur lower palate

i dont think there is a need for that it wont widen ur jaw
