also ive found that biting out what i think would be 2 mg from a pill is not an accurate way of dosing since more of it could be concentrated on one side of the pill, a better way would be to crush the pill into powder and make 2 mg lines with the powder

nah let it be either 2 or 5 im treating it like a propedauetic rather than an actual intervention like w proviron. also thoughts on the estrogen receptor alha vs beta debate? seems beta or alpha is better than the other by miles and nuking it can be bad.
