therapists are cope, you will tell them you cant attract women and they will rain copes on you while numbing your mind with drugs until they have drained you off your money and you kill yourself thanks to them, I havent seen any person with that problem which got fixed by paying some fucker with a meme degree to talk to him

Therapy only helps for legitimate mental issues like ocd, bipolar etc

If your depressed and it’s not genetic For no reason but due to your life situation NO SHIT therapy doesn’t help but people are so stupid they think that

“ oh wow me being in a dead end stressful job, overweight, barely exercise or eat healthy, and friendless and sexless COULDNT be the issue I must have a chemical depression imbalance in my brain”

only way I can see it helping if your not legitimately dealing with something is if it give you’s a outlet to talk to and keep you feeling positive while working on improving your life situation Or a way to work out and talk about your problems
