Im not that good at taking measurements plus im kind of busy this month but look at this picView attachment 4808436both recessed but the one on tje left is much more. I wouldnt say your thid bad but this is recessed. The maxilla is the upper jaw and its wuite big actually the upper maxilla is beneeth ur eyes and lower maxilla is ur upper jaw so like mose base and phitrum area. Urs looks pretty recessed there. U can compare with images online

Actually thats a bad example because that guy is East asian and they tend to have much flatter faces abyway

I have just read this and can see you are young, it will be much easier for you to ascend as long as you create good habits now such as mewing and proper posture when walking and standing still, this will help with your development, i also suggest reading some more threads from the BOTB section as they are really helpful especially if you find specific ones for your exact pheno.

if you live with your parents and they cook for you eat their meals, house meals are healthy. try to eat fruits and vegetables through out the day and cut all the sauces like mayonaise, ketchup etc.
cottage is good cuz its got protein
drink a lot of water (more than you think you need)
and ALWAYS have good posture it fixes your fascia so good
